Free Baggage Allowance
The free baggage allowance for checked baggage on GP Aviation Ltd flights is 20 kg per passenger aged 12 and above.
We recommend not checking in individual pieces of baggage weighing more than 32 kg as baggage over 32 kg will not be accepted.
Excess Baggage
The transportation of baggage that exceeds the applicable weight limits for free baggage allowance incurs an additional charge.
Price list of GP Aviation Ltd:
- An excess weight charge of €10 per kg will be applied for each kilogram exceeded.
- An additional baggage fee of €75 will be applied for each extra baggage up to 20 kg.
- Hand luggage is limited to 6 kg.
- A fee of €50 will be charged for unaccompanied minor (UM) assistance.
- A fee of €50 will be charged for pets weighing up to 6 kg.
- Each passenger is entitled to a free baggage allowance of 20 kg for checked baggage. Therefore, I kindly request you to accept only one piece of baggage within the 20 kg limit free of charge. For each additional piece of baggage within the 20 kg limit, a fee of €30 will apply.
Carry-On Baggage
For safety and convenience reasons, only one piece of carry-on baggage per person is allowed in the cabin. The carry-on baggage must not exceed a weight of 6 kg and its dimensions must not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm.
It is recommended to carry valuables, medications, perishable, or fragile items in the carry-on baggage. Furthermore, the liability limitations provided in the booking confirmation apply.
Liability for Damages
The liability for passenger, baggage, and cargo damages, as well as damages resulting from delays, non-transportation, and cancellations, is subject to the regulations of the operating airlines or applicable legal provisions. Any complaints, damage reports, or claims must be submitted in writing to the operating airline. The filing of a damage report at the airport or with Prishtinaticket Schweiz AG does not replace the timely written notification to the relevant airline.
