Arriving early at the airport - why it matters

If online check-in is currently not available, we recommend arriving at the airport in good time. This is the only way to ensure a smooth process at check-in and baggage drop-off.

Recommended arrival times:

• Winter season (November–March): at least 2 hours before departure

• Summer season (April–October): at least 2.5 hours before departure

• Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): regardless of season, at least 3 hours before departure

Check in quickly and easily at our counters at the airport. In addition, selected airports offer convenient self-service check-in kiosks.
