Check-in

Passengers are advised to arrive at the check-in counter at least 2.5 hours before the scheduled departure, as counters close no later than 50 minutes prior to departure.

Travel documents

Passengers are responsible for carrying the required travel documents for departure and entry. Please check in advance whether a visa is required for your destination.

Passengers with disabilities

Passengers with disabilities receive special assistance both at the airport and on board. We provide wheelchairs, transport vehicles, and escort staff. For passengers requiring a wheelchair, we recommend arriving at the check-in counter at least 150 minutes before departure.

Infants and child accompaniment
International regulations for unaccompanied minors apply to children traveling without an accompanying adult. Please prepare yourself and your child carefully for the journey. Online booking for unaccompanied children is not possible.

• Children aged 5 to 11 years may travel without an accompanying person (minimum age 18 years if required).

• Children aged 3 to 5 years must be accompanied by a companion (aged 12–15 years).

• Parents may also request assistance for children aged 12 to 18 years.
