General information

A reservation code is a 5 or 6-digit numeric or even letter code that contains all the details regarding a flight ticket reservation in the reservation system.

The total price of the flight ticket can be seen in the third step of the reservation process.

The price of the flight ticket depends on the availability of seats on the plane at the time of processing your reservation on the desired dates. The factors that determine the price are: season, prices published by the airline at the selected time. Usually, tickets are cheaper if booked several months before the planned travel date

Payments in installments are not possible at this time. Please contact us for more detailed information on this matter

The permitted amount of non-flammable liquids is up to 100 ml. These can be packed and placed in a transparent bag of 1l capacity, which you must personally place in the basket during the security check at the airport. Items purchased in the Duty-Free Shop within the airport transit area, properly packaged and marked, are allowed to be transported by plane. Medications/drugs are only allowed to be transported with a doctor's certificate.

Some airlines offer meals on flights, while some that have a cheap and "LOW COST" concept do not. Airlines that offer, have different types of meals on the plane, such as vegetarian, fat-free, food for children, food based on religious principles like Halal, etc. To reserve a specific meal, please do this at the time of booking the ticket in the "Note to agent" section during the fifth step of the reservation or by sending us your request by email at: info@prishtinaticket.com.

All airports have the necessary equipment to assist passengers with limited mobility and/or disabilities. Please indicate your requests in the fifth step of the reservation in the “Note to Agent” section or by sending us your request via email at: info@prishtinaticket.com. We will forward your request to the relevant airline regarding the assistance they offer, which we will inform you about in due course.

Each airline has its own rules regarding the transportation of pets. A small dog or cat, weighing up to 8kg (total weight of the pet including the cage), can be taken with you into the cabin of the aircraft with prior approval from the airline when booking the plane ticket. Please make this request at the time of booking your ticket in the “Note to agent” section during the fifth step of the booking or by sending us your request via email at: info@prishtinaticket.com. We will inform you whether your request has been approved or not.

Baggage weight restrictions depend on the airline. In most cases, baggage weight is limited to 1 piece weighing 23 kg or 20 kg, depending on the fare.

In addition to the baggage allowance, each passenger is allowed one piece of hand luggage, which can be placed in the designated space above the seat or under the passenger seat, provided that the dimensions do not exceed 115 cm and weigh 8 kg. The passenger is also allowed to take a laptop with them on the plane, separately. All electronic devices must be fully charged for airport security checks.

Yes. Booking a one-way flight ticket is possible through www.prishtinaticket.com. However, it is recommended that, before booking such a flight ticket, you contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country you are visiting, in order to understand whether such a thing is allowed by them, depending on their immigration policies. Our suggestion would have been to buy a return ticket, since in most cases it is cheaper than a one-way one.

Sometimes, the prices of flight tickets vary according to the age of the travelers. The age limits are: 0-1 year - baby, 2-11 years - child, 11 - 24 years - adult (student or youth, where in some cases there are discounts), from 25 years - adult traveler.

Most reservations are valid for 24 hours. For the exact validity, our passengers are informed by email from the agency.

If you received a confirmation in the email with flight details, reservation code, and ticket number, then this is your ticket and can be used for the flight. Please print it out and present it at the airport check-in counter along with your passport.

By booking and accepting the flight ticket, you agree to the terms and conditions that apply to your ticket. If the purchased ticket allows such a change (depending on its class), then the same can be changed within 24 hours before the start of your original trip via email info@prishtinaticket.net.

By booking and accepting your flight ticket, you agree to the terms and conditions that apply to your ticket. Depending on the conditions, it is possible that for some airlines the funds will be refunded in full, for some partially (with payment of certain penalties), while for others a full refund will be made, except for airport taxes. The possible exceptions to the cancellation rules apply only to medical cases (with medical certification), so please send us the reason for your cancellation by email to: info@prishtinaticket.com so that we can forward it to the airline as soon as possible.

If the departing (first) flight is delayed, and after arriving at the connecting airport you are unable to catch your connecting flight that is on your second ticket, then, unfortunately, the airline is not responsible for your failure to arrive on time due to the separate tickets. It is your responsibility to calculate any possible changes in departure times and/or cancellations. The fact that there are two separate tickets means that they are subject to two separate contracts and therefore the airline has no responsibility to take care of the passenger if the next journey is on the other ticket.

In the event of any possible flight schedule changes or cancellations, you will be informed within 24 hours by the agency. In the event of changes within 24 hours before the flight, you will be contacted directly by the airline. For this reason, we kindly ask you to provide valid contact details (phone and email) when booking your flight ticket on www.prishtinaticket.com, so that we can contact you about any possible changes.

In principle, a flight ticket is a non-transferable document and can only be used by the person in whose name it was issued, accompanied by a valid travel document with a photo. Certain companies allow name changes for a fee, so please send your requests by email to: info@prishtinaticket.com so that we can verify with the airline the possibility of changing the name.
